The HOA is required by Colorado Law to provide the following documentation to the purchasers of a residence once a contract has been accepted by the sellers:

The paperwork and invoice will be presented to either the realtor or Title company and may be paid at closing. The check should be made payable to Homestead at Jackson Creek HOA and mailed to: Secretary, 16226 Hobson Place, Monument, CO 80132.
