The objective of this site is to provide current and new homeowners residing in the Homestead at Jackson Creek subdivision up-to-date information on the activities of the HOA and other issues which may directly or indirectly impact them.

2024 Annual Meeting
The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held at Bear Creek School on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
Spring Landscaping
Although it is almost March and we are bound to get more snow, it is time to start thinking of landscaping and what to do with our yards. With the price of water rising and the fact there are watering restrictions in place, it is getting very difficult and expensive to keep the grass green and shrubs watered. More and more new construction developments are encouraging xeriscaping in the front/back yard vs grass. Several homeowners in Homestead have also started to xeriscape their front yards.
The Board has contacted Chris Huxtable of Landscaping by Chris to help with this issue. He has been voted Neighborhood Favorite 2 years in a row with Next Door. Chris has xeriscaped several yards in Homestead and helped others with improvements. Chris is offering the below packages for Homestead residents.
1. Front yard package starting at $1800.00, which would include a general front yard cleanup as well as 2 yards of mulch or 2 tons of rock included. 15% off for additional work.
2. 15% discount on other landscaping needs
