The HOA is required by Colorado Law to provide the following documentation to the purchasers of a residence once a contract has been accepted by the sellers:

• 6 months executive meeting minutes

• Financials

• Bylaws

• HOA Status Letter

Fees for providing documents to the purchasers and for the HOA status letter needed by Title companies:

• Administrative fee: 

  • Notice 2 weeks or greater:  $150

  • Notice 1 week or less:  $200

The paperwork and invoice will be presented to either the realtor or Title company and may be paid at closing.
