Closing Information 

The HOA is required by Colorado Law to provide the following documentation to the purchasers of a residence once a contract has been accepted by the sellers:

Fees for providing documents to the purchasers and for the HOA status letter needed by Title companies:

The paperwork and invoice will be presented to either the realtor or Title company and may be paid at closing.
